Allison Ranch lies deep in Idaho's River of No Return Wilderness. It's been around for 100 years, and for the last 30, the owners have dedicated themselves to transforming the ranch into an off the grid retreat.
     Some folks come to explore the wild.  Some come to sit and watch the river churn by. We came to put KODIAK through its paces by hauling rafters off the river. (Allison is unforgiving without the right equipment. Explore this section to see what we mean.) Of course, we also planned to eat some of Gloria's famous sourdough pancakes. That backcountry hospitality leaves a lifetime of memories, as long as you've got an invitation to land.
